چکیده

This study aimed to optimize the production of xylanase, under submerged conditions using Fusarium oxysporum. Firstly, it was carried out selection best source carbon from agricultural waste, such as soybean husk, cassava peel, pineapple crown, corn straw, rice bacaba, barley bagasse and, corncob. They were milled and sieved with a maximum granulation 1 mm. The cultures by 132 hours 30 °C 180 rpm. Among agroindustrial residues, straw one that stood greater enzymatic activity 12.6 U/mL. In second step, used Plackett-Burman design screen nutrients sources important xylanase production. Thus, independent variables significant urea MgSO4. These selected then in Central Composite Rotational Design present 26.6 U/mL predicted 34.5 So, F. oxysporum can be low-cost waste found large quantities.

Production of L-Asparaginase By Fusarium Oxysporum Using Submerged Fermentation

An attempt is made in the present study to optimize the cultural conditions for the production of L-asparaginase by Fusarium oxysporum using submerged fermentation. Different fungal species were isolated and identified using standard manuals, screened initially for the production of extracellular L-asparaginase during their growth on Czapek’s Dox medium containing Lasparagine as sole source of ...

Utilization of Agro-industrial Wastes for the Simultaneous Production of Amylase and Xylanase by Thermophilic Actinomycetes

Agro-industrial wastes such as sugarcane bagasse, wheat bran, rice bran, corn cob and wheat straw are cheapest and abundantly available natural carbon sources. The present study was aimed to production of amylase and xylanase simultaneously using agro-industrial waste as the sole carbon source. Seven thermophilic strains of actinomycete were isolated from the mushroom compost. Among of these, s...
